From the 3rd floor and the enormous 4th level loft, you have a view of the coast range to the east and a glimpse of the ocean to the west. Built in 1996, it's one of the nicest vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast. Each room has been uniquely designed and decorated. Each bedroom, bath, utility room and den-library has its own distinctive wallpaper. The house very comfortably sleeps 10 with 4 queen bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. Three full baths including two whirlpool tubs. Combined with its huge cedar deck this house has over 3,880 square feet of space. Adults will enjoy the formal living room with gas fireplace and adjacent family room. The utility room is equipped with a large washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops also fully equipped. All 3 full bathrooms include a tub and shower, 2 tubs are jetted whirlpool tubs. For your enjoyment there are 2 color televisions and 3 VCR's. The 3rd floor has a large den-library, kids play room, meeting room. The great room measures 30x20 with high cathedral vaulted ceiling, air hockey and foosball tables. The 4th floor loft overlooks the 3rd floor great room and has a spiral staircase leading up to it.
